By downloading, installing, or using Cheqaat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before use.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cheqaat, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
License Grant
Subject to these Terms, Cheqaat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on devices you own or control.
- Free tier: personal and commercial use on one device
- Enterprise tier: use on devices as specified in your purchase agreement
- You may not sublicense, sell, resell, or otherwise transfer the software
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Use the application for any illegal purpose, including fraudulent cheque creation
- Attempt to bypass license verification or activation mechanisms
- Redistribute the application without written permission from Cheqaat, Inc.
Purchases and Payments
All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider. By making a purchase you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Enterprise licenses are one-time purchases that include lifetime access to the purchased version and all minor updates. Major version upgrades may be offered at a discounted rate.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy for Enterprise license purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact support@cheqaat.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details. Free tier users are not eligible for refunds as no payment is made.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Cheqaat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that cheques generated using Cheqaat are accurate and comply with your bank's requirements. Cheqaat is not liable for any cheque rejection or financial loss resulting from incorrect cheque printing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cheqaat, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the application.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Riyadh.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
